Acknowledgment and acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (Terms and Conditions). Seeoz reserve the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery of Goods
Items purchased through our call centres will usually be posted within 1-2 business days. Should your voucher(s) not arrive within 10 working days, please contact one of our offices.
Credit Card purchases will appear on your statement, billed as Sunseeker Holidays. You will be issued the transaction receipt details by email, and also on your voucher(s).
Should you disagree with an amount charged on your credit card, please contact Seeoz within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days the transaction will be treated as accurate and the provisions under our refund policy will apply.
Credit Card Information is not retained by Seeoz beyond the original transaction.
Refund Policy
Seeoz Pty Ltd has a strict policy of not issuing refunds on any packages purchased. Seeoz Pty Ltd , does however recognise that the goods delivered should match the description of the goods tendered over the phone. If your purchase is not what you expected, and you would like to pursue termination of the purchase, you must, within 14 days of purchase:
-Contact Seeoz Pty Ltd to lodge your intention of returning the voucher
-Return the entire package contents in original condition by registered mail.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in our policy of not issuing refunds to be enforced. After 14 days it will be accepted by the both the consumer and Seeoz Pty Ltd, that the package that you now possess, is a true reflection of what was portrayed to you during the initial contact with Seeoz, and that no claims for refunds or inaccurate information will be considered.
Limitation of Liability
Any liability of SeeOz or SeeOz associates in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of SeeOz, be limited to

in relation to services, the supplying of the services of equivalent value

Seeoz renounces claims and will be exempt from liability in respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete or inaccurate and any errors, misdescription and all associated disappointment, loss, expense, damage, inconvenience, delay, death, shock, illness or injury, however caused.
Seeoz is not in partnership and does not control the manner in which Products featured within this site are provided. Seeoz disclaims and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply of such Products. This includes liability (whether as a matter of contract, tort, statute, restitution, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, liability, claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand, penalty, disappointment, death, injury, illness, shock, inconvenience or delay. This limitation of liability also applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence of us or an Operator, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Operator. Without limitation, we will not be responsible if the Product is not available due to inclement weather conditions or other Acts of God.

Prices and Conditions
All pricing and conditions are subject to change without notice. Some Operators may impose conditions that vary from the conditions stated in this site. Prices listed in this site are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable, but do not include transport from your Home port to holiday destination and return, items of a personal nature, meals, transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges, unless otherwise indicated.
Bonds
Bonds or credit card imprints may be required by Accommodation Operators providing a telephone, mini bar and/or other facilities in the room. Other bonds may apply to certain product or at certain times of the year.
Travel Insurance
Seeoz strongly recommends travel insurance to all our customers as it may protect you if you cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.
Transfers and Tours
Some Accommodation Operators provide courtesy transfers from airports/railway stations. It is essential that these transfers are pre-booked. Some Tour Operators provide complimentary pick up and return to your holiday accommodation. This service must be confirmed with the Operator 24 hours prior to departure.
Some extended tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. If minimum numbers are not achieved tours may be cancelled at short notice. Seeoz will not be held liable if an Operator fails to promptly inform you of a service variation, cancellation, delay or withdrawal.
Suppliers
If you enter into a transaction through SeeOz to purchase services or vouchers for those services provide directly by a third party, SeeOz is not responsible for the provision of those services or for any misunderstanding between you and the supplier.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of your booking or compensation of any form.
Release and Indemnity
You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against SeeOz Pty Ltd and SeeOz Associates which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.
You agree to indemnify and hold SeeOz harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by Seeoz or SeeOz Associates which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.
You further agree to indemnify and hold SeeOz and SeeOz Associates harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website using your membership account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Terms and conditions of seeoz-e-club membership
To become a seeoz-e club member you must read the terms and conditions below. By registering and participating in the seeoz-e club you agree to abide by the following terms.
I verify that I am at least 18 years of age.
I will not use SeeOz products and services for self gain or enrichment.
Seeoz-e club entitles you to special offers and discounts via email. Seeoz-e club is for your exclusive use only and is non-transferable. You may update, edit your details or terminate your seeoz-e club membership at any time. Seeoz-e club offers can only be booked by signing in with your username and password. Fraudulent uses of your seeoz-e club membership will result in automatic cancellation of your membership, any monies paid will automatically be forfeited. SeeOz retains the rights to refuse or cancel memberships and membership privileges without notice and for any reasons that SeeOz sees fit and reasonable.
As a seeoz-e club member you are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your user name and password. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your seeoz-e club member user name and password.
By using your seeoz-e club username and password constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the seeoz-e club agreement which appears on the SeeOz website www.seeoz.com.au.
Seeoz reserve the right to amend any term and conditions, any amendments will be posted on the SeeOz website.
